Our dental office is actively seeking a talented Associate Dentist to join us. We offer personalized mentorship and ongoing coaching to help you grow in your career. With cutting-edge technology, including digital x-rays, CBCT Panorex, and digital scanners, we provide everything you need to succeed.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct comprehensive dental exams, create treatment plans, and diagnose issues
- Provide exceptional care to our patients
- Communicate with patients on oral health and effective hygiene practices
- Collaborate with our skilled team of dental professionals
- Ensure accurate and timely patient record-keeping
What We’re Looking For:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental institution
- Active Virginia dental license and DEA registration
- Eaglesoft experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $200,000 guaranteed salary or 30% of collections
- Health insurance and malpractice insurance provided
- Full-time position with a supportive team
