About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of Ultimate Exposures, providing exceptional support to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Answering emails and phone calls: Assist customers with placing orders, addressing questions, and providing product information.
- Problem-solving: Help customers resolve issues with their orders when things don’t go perfectly.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with a small, supportive team to learn company policies and procedures.
- Mastering the role: Within two months, you’ll be fully equipped to handle a variety of customer service tasks with confidence!
