What You’ll Do as a Staff Photographer:
- Lead by example: Train and inspire seasonal photographers to excel.
- Deliver quality: Consistently produce high-quality images that delight our clients.
- Be hands-on: Pack, manage, and maintain photography equipment like a pro.
- Master the tools: Become an expert with our specialized Canon D Series cameras.
- Stay flexible: Adapt to last-minute changes and keep the team on schedule.
- Keep it positive: Maintain a “can-do” attitude and spread smiles on every assignment.
- Grow your craft: Embrace feedback, hone your skills, and aim for excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1 year in volume photography (e.g., school or sports picture days).
- Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of photography theory, application, and Canon D Series cameras.
- Leadership skills: Ability to coach team members and build strong relationships.
- Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with ease.
- Physical stamina: Capable of lifting and moving equipment up to 50 lbs and working in hot and cold environments.
- Driving capability: Comfortable driving full-size vans and traveling for assignments.
- Availability: Willingness to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with a flexible schedule.
- Preferred qualifications: College graduates, and former team sport athletes are highly valued.

Schedule & Commitment:
- Full-time: 40 hours per week.
- Mandatory weekends: February through May and August through November.
- Flexible schedule with advanced notice of assignments.
