Job Overview
A customer service associate will need to have a strong customer service background and attention to detail as they communicate with customers via telephone and text to follow up on installations either in progress or completed. Must be able to quickly, clearly, and efficiently communicate with other staff internally. Must have a kind, caring, empathetic feel and ability to connect with customers.

Key Responsibilities And Duties
Core responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Ability to provide strong customer service skills through calls and texts
- Ability to easily navigate multiple computer systems, especially in terms of utilizing our web-based phone and texting services and software as well as the ability to respond to emails
- Maintain production by making sure all customers get contacted according to the daily schedule
- Uphold high level of service quality evaluated via periodically through monitored calls
- Ability to prioritize urgent matters and quickly communicate them to appropriate parties
- Ability to show empathy and care in a calm and efficient manner, even if the customer is impatient or disgruntled
- Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively sort and track large amounts of information
- Must demonstrate an empathetic, caring, positive, upbeat manner even while facing complex problems or difficult situations
- The ability to handle other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- 2 years working with or in a live chat environment
- Strong analytical and organization skills
- Keen attention to detail with an ability to spot errors
- Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service and quality focused
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn other software programs
- Good chat and phone etiquette and skills
- Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 100% of the time
