Great Side Hustle! Focus is on Builder model and spec homes, need strong attention to detail, responsive communication and reliability. Flexible hours after closing time of models, on Wed-Fri only.
Assigned models are done weekly to bi-weekly. Pay is per job, based on square footage of the model (roughly $18-$20/hr). Paid bi-weekly through direct deposit. Steady work, and growing business means plenty of jobs available in all areas of DFW.
