Key Responsibility
1 · Ensure safe operating program is followed in laboratories. · Practice routine housekeeping practices to support safe operations.
- Learn ISO 17025 qualified testing and become efficient in wet lab testing and observe the process and procedures to start learning dry lab testing
2 · Become proficient in testing in the QC lab and help to maintain spreadsheets. · Provide technical support to IXS sales, Tech Services, manufacturing, GFX, and Line-X networks to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met · PD will provide feasibility, formulation, testing, raw material availability, budget guidance, scale up recommendations, and application assistance as project evolves to ensure product performance meets customer expectations
3 · Learn application requirements and apply critical polyurethane/polyurea formulation expertise to develop or improve existing performance characteristics to meet or exceed customer expectations · Interact with raw material suppliers and other technical resources to stay abreast of the latest technologies and application techniques.
4 · Begin to learn the formulation process and custom color matching through establishing a foundation of knowledge of various raw materials. · Learn and become a critical portion of the research and development team, gathering information about the business
