Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Pipe Crew Foremen for heavy civil projects in the Orlando area. The pay range starts at $82,500 up to $100,000 based on experience. All Pipe Crew Foremen are scheduled 40 hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen.
Ultimate Job Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the pipe crew
Install, maintain, and repair water, sewer, and storm drainpipes
Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site
Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
Train and mentor crew members
Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders
Looking for someone with Deep Sewer and Lift Station Experience
Ultimate Pipe Crew Foreman Requirements
3 years of foreman experience, with a focus on pipe installation
Previous experience in a supervisory role
Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)
Must have basic hand tools to perform trade
Ability to perform regular standing, bending, and kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance
Drug Test Required
Background Check Required
MVR Check Required
First Aid / CPR
Confined Space Entry Certifications (company provided)
