Nurse Practitioner

Our expert team includes physicians, chiropractors, neurologists, functional medicine specialists, orthopedic specialists, clinical psychologists, physical therapists, and massage therapists. We are seeking a highly motivated and well-trained Nurse Practitioner to assist in the treatment and care of patients with musculoskeletal injuries and concussions.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in urgent care, occupational medicine, rehabilitation medicine, regenerative medicine, orthopedics, or family practice.
Job Description
The qualified candidate will:
- Perform initial history and physical exams.
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing as needed.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress through monthly follow-ups.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including neurologists, pain management specialists, clinical psychologists, chiropractors, and physical therapists.
- Participate in monthly case management conferences to optimize patient care.
- Ensure detailed and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Evaluation & Management: Conduct thorough assessments and ongoing care.
- Diagnostic Interpretation: Review imaging and lab results as needed.
- Case Management: Work closely with the care team to coordinate patient treatment plans.
- Collaborative Care: Partner with chiropractors and physical therapists for integrative treatment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records in the EHR system.
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado.
- DEA certification.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant clinical experience.
- Strong proficiency in documentation and electronic health records.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in orthopedic exams.
- Experience performing minor orthopedic procedures such as joint injections and trigger point injections (TPI).
- Proficiency in radiology imaging interpretation.
- Familiarity with ultrasound-guided procedures.
- Experience with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy.
- Willingness to engage in light marketing activities, such as meeting referral sources over coffee or attending occasional networking lunches.
