Ultimate Ninjas Oak Creek is looking for a Weekend General Manager to oversee all weekend staff and operations of the local business unit. General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall weekend strategy, managing people and customer service. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be awesome, while ensuring our volumes are on the rise. Ultimately, you'll help our company grow and thrive.
Hours include : 2 : 00 pm - 9 : 00 pm Friday; 8 : 30am-9 : 30pm Saturday; and 8 : 45am-7 : 15pm Sunday. Additional hours available during week, if desired.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Set policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Ensure staff follows safety regulations
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
