- Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) (Required)
- Active RN License (Required)
- Infection Preventionist & BLS Certification (Required)
- 2 years of nurse management or ADON experience (long-term care preferred)
- Strong leadership, clinical, and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Proficiency in EMR systems & healthcare technology
- Availability for on-call & emergency situations
Assist in overseeing daily nursing operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and step in when needed.
- Ensure compliance with state & federal healthcare regulations.
- Participate in staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Lead infection prevention efforts and maintain required certifications.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and update patient care plans.
- Be available for on-call duties and emergency situations.
- Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient progress tracking.
- Availability to work weekends as needed.
