What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney - Medical Malpractice position at Ultimate Outsourcing?
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active Bar license in the state of Michigan.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice or healthcare l
- Experience in DENTAL MALPRACTICE is a big plus
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience representing healthcare providers in medical malpractice or related litigation.
- Familiarity with Michigan medical malpractice laws and regulations.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work in high-pressure situations.
