Litigation Associate

Duties/Requirements:

• JD with excellent academic credentials.
• Minimum of three years of general civil litigation experience.
• Experience defending commercial disputes, consumer protection claims, professional liability claims, and insurance coverage and bad faith disputes are a plus.
• Ability to manage cases from inception through trial, including preparation of pleadings, motions, briefs, managing discovery, preparing for depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing.
• Experience with Federal Court is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms.
• Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner.
• Current NV Bar admission in good standing is required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience.
