Essential Requirements/Qualifications:
Experience:
- 1 to 5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for candidates experienced in financial services litigation, commercial litigation, or insurance defense.
- Proficiency in drafting complaints, answers, motions, and other pleadings.
- Familiarity with developing strategies for written and deposition discovery.
- Federal court experience is a plus.
Licensures:
- Must hold an active license to practice law in the state of Florida, in good standing.
Skills:
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills, with a focus on producing high-quality work product.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
