Job Summary
We are looking for a property maintenance person/ general contractor to make repairs and do renovations with hours as needed on various properties with very flexible hours. We have several projects coming up so could provide as many or as few hours as are feasible with your schedule
Responsibilities and Duties
Main responsibilities include helping with the following:
- house renovations - framing, repairing and installing doors/ windows, flooring, trim, repairing forced air gas furnaces, maintaining boilers, electrical and plumbing repairs, sheetrock, roof, repairs, etc
- help maintain any problems that arise or help arrange for reasonable contractors to take care of them promptly
This would be an independent contractor position with flexible hours as long as issues or projects are managed in a timely fashion.

- handy to fix or repair/ clean issues as they arise on home maintenance
- ability to pull permits as a general contractor in MN and / or WI are not required but are a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: Multiple locations
