Ultimate Recovery Suite, a premier luxury post-operative care center, is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, engaging our target audience, and driving business growth through innovative digital marketing strategies and content creation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Manage social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, posting engaging daily content, stories, and reels. Must also be familiar with troubleshooting issues with social medial platforms: Instagram, TikTok and Facebook or feel comfortable navigating to finding solutions.
- Build relationships with followers by responding promptly to comments/messages and creating a vibrant online community.
- Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
2. Content Creation
- Create fun, engaging, and visually appealing graphics, videos, and written posts using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Maintain a well-organized content calendar for consistent and strategic posting.
- Capture photo and video content in our luxury suites, showcasing the unique and elegant experience we provide.
3. Email & Print Marketing
- Develop and distribute monthly email newsletters featuring specials, services, and educational content.
- Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, and magazine advertisements.
4. Website & YouTube Management
- Regularly update website content, including blogs, service details, and team profiles.
- Manage YouTube channel uploads, including SEO-optimized descriptions and subscriber engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- A love for creating social media content and connecting with online communities.
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media marketing tools, analytics platforms, and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail in written communication.
- Ability to identify trends and insights through social listening techniques.
- Strong understanding of engaging diverse audiences while maintaining an inclusive and positive tone.
- A creative mindset and the ability to refresh and improve existing content for better results.
- Familiarity with video editing and analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus.

Pay: $17.22 - $18.65 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
