Customer Service / Installer - Motorcycle Seats

Ultimate Seats USA is a small business in Ormond Beach, FL. We are customer-centric, rewarding, collaborative and our goal is to manufacture, sell and service the most comfortable motorcycle seats in the world!.

We're looking for a motivated, dynamic and energetic individual to become part of our team. This successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and providing great customer service.

This position is a multi support role in which the candidate will need to be flexible with what parts of the business require additional attention. Daily responsibilities will look different so some days will be more diagnostic/install while others are more customer service/shipping/receiving oriented.

Our Sales and Service Techs are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to understand and articulate company policies.

This person will also install seats on motorcycles for customer purchases and test rides.

Customer Service/Installer Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service
• Answer Phone
• Basic Motorcycle Knowledge
• Install seats on customers bikes
• Shipping/Receiving
• Diagnose customer issues and help solve them.

Compensation:
