About the Team :

The Benefits team at UKG is looking for a highly motivated Product Manager. As a Product Manager at UKG in the Benefits area you are an essential member of an innovative, highly collaborative agile development team which delivers innovative solutions for UKG's customers in the areas of Benefits Administration.

About the Role :

The primary goal of this role is to work with Product, Engineering, and internal stakeholder teams to define and refine features in UKG's cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solution UKG Pro in the areas of Benefits Administration.

Your responsibilities :

• Leading the development efforts, feature design and monitoring escalations associated with assigned features.
• Defining stories and conditions of acceptance with internal and external stakeholder input, as well as input from development partners (UX Designers, Developers and QA
• Assisting our architects and engineers to determine solutions that address said business problems / opportunities.
• Communicating with multiple stakeholders including customers, prospects, as well as various internal stakeholders and synthesize multiple inputs to ensure business problem or opportunity is fully understood.
• Requirement prioritization and evaluating trade-offs between features, defects and backlog items.
• Analyzing our customers' business problems and opportunities.
• Providing help to our developers, quality engineers, internal stakeholders, internal customer, and external customers.
• Lead meetings with remote team members.

We love in person collaboration and we work in a hybrid model. 3 days on site in the office is required.

The pay range for this position is $88,700.00 to $127,500.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
