Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to eCommerce and wholesale clients by managing orders and inquiries via phone and email.
- Assist the Country Director with sales tracking, administrative tasks, and client relationship management.
- Manage wholesale accounts, addressing customer service needs, shipping logistics, and payment collections.
- Accurately handle data entry and maintain invoicing and account balances, utilizing MS Excel and other tools.
- Resolve shipping issues and oversee the day-to-day needs of maintaining client accounts.
