Our financial services client in Downtown Detroit is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative.
The position is on-site, 9am-6pm Monday-Friday. The candidate will also receive a parking pass for covered, secured parking on-site.
The position is responsible for phone and e-mail inquiries including: investigating, resolving and responding, in oral or written form, to customer inquiries.
The Customer Service Representative will be trained to understand the various vehicle service contract installment payment products and provide necessary follow-up, including initiating customer correspondence to ensure satisfaction.

Salary : $14 - $18
