Call Center Representative

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Care Coordinator to join their client's dynamic team in Buford, GA. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client's team. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve customer complaints.

• Fully on-site in Buford, GA
• $19-$21

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service.
• Follow company policies and procedures in all interactions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm.
