Customer Service Representative

Mon-Friday, fulltime 8am-5pm

$22 hourly

Customer Service Representative will be required to..

• Answer calls, emails, chat messages and make outbound calls.
• Log calls, process sample requests, process returns/replacements, categorize, file and retrieve documents using specific classification and organization systems.
• Reps must be able to think and see issues as they arise which may include resolve problems such as checking order status, products, software or app issues.
• Reps can be requested to help in audits, inventories and other business development research to provide answers for multiple departments.
• Work closely with our Warehouse and Sales teams.

In addition, Reps could have administrative responsibilities, such as scheduling meetings, photocopying, faxing, taking notations or assisting in preparing presentations. Reps will directly assist the sales department as needed with invoicing, returns, credits, and other paperwork requirements and they will be required to answer phone calls and emails from our customers and help them resolve issues that may come up.

Education and Skill Requirements:

• Knowledge of some Excel, Word is a must. Basic computer skills and keyboarding is essential, along with proficiency, accuracy, communication and writing.
• The ability to learn in an active environment with minimal mistakes and to stay focused and keep your train of thought while performing your job.
