Customer Service Representative
Location: Elkridge, MD
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $20 - $23 per hour (based on experience)

Overview:
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Elkridge, MD. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company in the construction industry, providing critical support to both customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong tenure in previous roles and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and professional follow-up with customers regarding orders and inquiries
Accurately enter orders into the system and verify order details and factory renderings with customers
Review and update bids to ensure pricing and product accuracy
Communicate updates to customers regarding delayed or out-of-stock items
Advise customers of estimated ship dates and enter tracking information into the system
Respond to questions from factory suppliers and customers with professionalism and accuracy
Escalate unresolved issues to the Sales Representative and Operations Team as needed
Requirements:
Proven work history with excellent tenure in previous roles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in data entry and navigating order systems
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus
