Key Responsibilities:

- Shipping Information: Provide information about shipping methods, estimated delivery dates, and tracking numbers.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues such as incorrect shipping addresses, missing items, or delayed deliveries.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat, providing helpful and empathetic support.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order status updates.

Compensation:
Pay ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour.
