Human Resources Generalist
Location: Howard County, Maryland
Salary: Up to $68,000 per year
Work Schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer day-to-day HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist with employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR processes align with company policies.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of HR experience; generalist experience preferred.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
