Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Human Resource Generalist to join their client's team in Scotts Valley (Yes- by the beach!). This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity and offers a dynamic work environment. The role is 100% onsite and requires a proactive individual with strong HR skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Employee Relations investigations.
- Support benefits administration.
- Manage recruiting activities including offer letters, scheduling, and orientations.
- Utilize strong Excel skills for various HR tasks.
- Maintain and manage HRIS - Paycor system.
- Facilitate performance management processes.
- Assist with merit processes and promotions.
- Help coordinate events, including college recruiting events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations and benefits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Paycor, is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite and commit to a full-time schedule.
Required Work Hours
Monday through Friday, first shift.
Benefits
Ultimate Staffing Services offers a competitive pay range with a minimum pay of $42 and a maximum pay of $50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
