Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator - Construction

• Location: Santa Ana, CA
• Pay Rate: $27/hour
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (In-office)

We are a top construction company specializing in Federal and Municipal projects, including roadways, dams, multi-story buildings, and facility renovations. We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to manage recruiting, employee retention, and social media efforts.

• Manage recruiting: job ads, resume screening, interviews, and offers.
• Conduct background checks and handle I9/E-Verify.
• Lead new hire onboarding and off-boarding.
• Maintain accurate job descriptions with supervisors.
• Stay updated on HR laws and regulations.
• Create and manage social media content, engaging with the online community.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews.
• Provide general HR support as needed.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of HR experience.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
