Day to day duties:
As our Temporary HR/Recruiter , you'll support the team in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. You'll have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions, such as training and development, staffing, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
* Manage the administration of our LMS, Absorb.
* Create and publish - training based on PowerPoint decks developed by our teams.
* Launch Compliance training & track completion
* Own reporting, and follow-up on training completion
* Keep up to date with the latest L&D & HR trends and best practices.
* Help coordinate fun engagement activities, like massages for Mental Wellness Month and Lunch and Learns for National Wi-Fi Day.
* Create employee engagement surveys and prepare the results in an easy-to-read format.
* Help write and send corporate-wide communications
* Complete and track employee onboarding assignments.
* Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee information.
* Schedule phone, video and on-site interviews.
* Communicate cross functionally with candidates, hiring managers and interview teams.
* Recruit & Screen potential job candidates.
* Push Staffing Requisitions for approval.
* Update weekly Recruitment Report.
* Organize the on-boarding and tracking of temporary staff.
* Process employee referral bonuses and track sources in our ATS and HRIS. They use Greenhouse
* Proof-read and manage job postings.
* Post jobs to newly identified job sites.
Skills and Qualifications
* 2 years of HR and L&D experience
* Experience administering an LMS, preferably Absorb
* Highly capable in producing & editing PowerPoint decks for training.
* Familiarity with Excel, including Pivot tables & VLOOKUP's
* Highly organized, with the ability to work on multiple projects, and assignments concurrently.
* Highly computer literate with capability in MS Office tools & HRIS (we use Bamboo, and ADP for payroll).
* Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and cultural sensitivity.
* Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
* A desire to learn and grow within the HR function.

Salary : $35,600 - $47,000
