Responsibilities
- Answering phones and directing calls as needed.
- Order entry and review to ensure accuracy.
- Greeting office visitors and assisting them with their needs.
- Performing data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
- Managing digital and paper filing systems for easy access and organization.
- Maintaining stocks of office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Proven order management experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (Preferred; training provided).
- Minimum of 3 years of office experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills, accurate typing, and ten-key skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer service skills with patience and understanding.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
Required Work Hours
Monday through Friday 7:30AM-4PM

Additional Details
Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
