Paralegal

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to multiple attorneys in our clients Trumbull office. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, efficiently manage competing priorities, and take a proactive approach to their work. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide paralegal support to a team of attorneys.
• Oversee and manage complex litigation cases.
• Draft and prepare legal pleadings.
• Coordinate and handle filings across multiple jurisdictions in the U.S.
• Organize and manage large volumes of documents and document productions.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in complex litigation.
• Experience handling cases in multiple New England states & New York.
• A bachelor's degree or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred.
• Proven experience working on large, intricate litigation matters.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks independently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
