Our dedicated client is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage a team in Milford, NH. In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Milford, NH
Position Type: Permanent
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Pay: $28 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of production workers.
- Read and interpret blueprints for production.
- Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment.
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel for reports and tracking.
- Ensure product quality and safety standards are met.
- Previous experience with the Department of Defense (DOD) is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Supervisory experience in a production environment.
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- DOD experience is a plus.
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
