Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
- Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications to assess their suitability for open positions.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration.
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or with a staffing agency).
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.).
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Strong decision-making skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Salary Range: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
