Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with prospects and clients.
- Manage and move prospects through various stages of the sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Keep an up-to-date and accurate pipeline in the CRM system.
- Follow up consistently with potential clients, ensuring thorough communication over extended periods.
- Document all interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM notes section.
- Educate potential clients on our services and how they can benefit.
- Allow sales management to shadow calls and provide feedback to continuously improve.
- Be available during standard business hours (9 AM to 5 PM local time) to take calls.
- Leverage both internal and external resources to stay up-to-date with industry trends and offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate ideas for improving client service.
- Address any negative feedback from clients promptly and report it to sales management.
- Ensure smooth transitions between different stages of the sales process.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Move prospects through the CRM pipeline and ensure all client details are accurately documented by the end of the day.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with qualified prospects.
- Update the sales stats sheet every Monday through Friday by 7 PM EST.
- Ensure effective communication within the team, ensuring all necessary information is shared promptly.
- Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and continually improve through training.
- Follow all internal communication processes and cycles.
Requirements:
- Technical sales experience (Cybersecurity, IT, Managed Services, Business Services, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via video conference.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in selling to small business owners (SMBs).
- Strong presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn new sales processes and techniques.
- Routine-driven with a structured approach to work.
- Open to rapid professional growth.
- Self-sufficient and able to manage time effectively.
- Highly organized and able to maintain a clear and transparent pipeline that sales leadership can review.
