The Sales Support/Customer Service Representative will assist in maintaining smooth sales operations, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales team, clients, and other departments to process orders, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues that arise. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, answering inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Assist in preparing sales quotes, proposals, and documentation.
- Help resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that products or services are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and inquiries.
- Process returns and exchanges as needed and assist with inventory management.
- Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for improving sales processes and customer service strategies.
- Support the team with general office duties, such as filing, scheduling, and preparing reports.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in business, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to quickly learn new software programs.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
