Senior Property Manger Direct Hire $85.000- $110,000 Malden

Experience needed for position:

• Previous leasing experience
• Property manager of 140 apartments

Description:

Serves as management onsite. Responsible for the overall management of the site including planning, collections, lease enforcement, marketing, leasing, budgeting, fiscal management, maintenance supervision, and administration. Supervises all personnel on site and reports to the Regional Property Manager and senior staff.

Duties:

• Supervisory role for daily operational, leasing, collections, lease enforcement, and marketing functions for the property, which includes (but not limited to):
• Timely collection of rents and all money on site and record keeping
• Ensure that leases are renewed on a timely basis and re-certifications are current
• Inspect move-ins for readiness and move-outs for damages
• Show apartments to prospective residents
• Establish, implement, and maintain procedures for wait list
• Conduct internal management and occupancy reviews
• Address resident complaints and address reported health and safety issues
• Inspect the property on a regular basis and schedule improvements and repairs

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of progressively responsible experience in the management of residential rental properties
• Leasing experience
• Oversee 140 units at one time
