Job Description:
The Account Director manages client relationships and oversees marketing strategies for 6-8 clients. This role leads a team of up to 2 strategists, guiding and mentoring to ensure effective project execution and client satisfaction.

- Lead the development of strategic marketing communication plans, collaborating with the Director of Account Services and Strategists.
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure their growth and development.
- Manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs to ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and sustain positive client relationships, creating pitches, presentations, and recommendations.
- Cultivate in-depth knowledge of clients' products, industry, and brand to provide expert recommendations.
Essential Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in account management within a marketing/advertising agency.
- Direct response marketing campaign experience, with direct mail experience preferred.
- Strong presentation and sales skills to effectively communicate with clients.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (10-15%, 1-3 trips per year).
