Job Title : Account Manager

Position Overview :
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of products / services, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, client service excellence, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Project Coordination : Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to client specifications.
Strategic Planning : Develop and implement account strategies that align with client goals and business objectives.
Performance Monitoring : Track and report on project performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve client satisfaction and outcomes.
Problem Resolution : Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure client needs are met and to leverage opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
Client Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports and updates to clients, highlighting progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications :
Experience : Past experience in account management, client services, or a related field.
Skills :
