Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Account Manager for a hybrid role involving 50% travel within Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Gabriel.
Responsibilities :
Contact current customers and identify new services.
Open new accounts and close orders.
Maintain knowledge of current and new products.
Provide product information, pricing quotations, and follow-up on quotes.
Offer technical expertise on products.
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
Ensure customer satisfaction with orders, products, pricing, deliveries, and service.
Collaborate with others to meet customer needs.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications :
5 years of outside sales experience.
3 years minimum selling to Hospitality, Multi-Family, Hospitals, Renovation, Building Superintendents, and Facility Engineers.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Service Titan is a plus.
Experience in the commercial plumbing industry.
Work Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (Hybrid)

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000 per year.
