Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Account Services Coordinator to join their client's dynamic team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role is onsite and will only work with local candidates. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to manage various account services functions and ensure seamless operations.
- Provide exceptional support to account managers by handling daily administrative tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their service requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage client accounts and maintain up-to-date records in the company's database.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and client meetings.
- Communicate effectively with team members to streamline processes and resolve any account-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all account management activities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Minimum an Associate's Degree Required
- Proven experience in an account services or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Monday - Friday, 1st shift 9 am to 5 pm.
Salary Range: $25 per hour
