Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in Minnesota. This full-time position is perfect for a proactive individual looking to make a significant impact. The role is 100% onsite, providing an opportunity to work closely with team members and clients.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and the organization, scheduling meetings, facilitating events, and strengthening the advisor/client relationship.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project management and execution of client requests.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide support to advisors for client meetings.
- Provide support to other team members and the office as requested.
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Welcoming energy and professional appearance.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience with CRM software would be great.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Experience with using social media for marketing.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Location: 100% in office
- Pay: $20-$24/hr depending on experience level
