We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, managing outbound communication, and assisting with client and maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
Send email templates for maintenance services to clients and vendors, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Manage and send outbound emails for account updates, client renewals, and service reminders.
Make outbound calls to clients regarding their accounts and follow up on renewals.
Maintain accurate records of communications and ensure timely follow-up.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and filing.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed, including using office tools such as Outlook, web browsers, and basic office software.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.
Comfortable with making outbound calls and handling client inquiries.
Experience with email and office tools (Outlook, web browsers, etc.).
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a professional demeanor.
Previous administrative experience preferred, but not required.
