About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join our expanding HR team in Aliso Viejo, CA.
This is a contract position for 6-12 months with potential for conversion to a full-time role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage interview scheduling and coordinate complex interviews across multiple departments
- Verify I-9 documentation and conduct welcoming processes for new hires
- Prepare pre-hire materials, including distributing onboarding plans to hiring managers
- Assist with background checks and oversee onboarding logistics to ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
Requirements
- 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in recruitment or HR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse audiences
Work Environment
Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
