About the Job:
As an HR Coordinator at Ultimate Staffing, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day HR functions and supporting the HR team effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate HR-related tasks for the company and HR team.
- Support new hires from offer to orientation.
- Lead new hire orientation and oversee I-9 management.
- Maintain accurate records of employee files and documents.
- Collaborate with Recruiting Specialists to enhance recruiting efforts.
- Update and maintain records in applicant tracking system (ADP).
- Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Proven HR experience.
- Effective communication skills.
- Critical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Compliance with ethical standards.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Data analysis and interpretation.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM, On-site.
