Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Part-Time Receptionist at Ultimate Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception and Customer Service: Greet and assist customers who visit the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Phone and Email Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner, providing accurate information on rental options and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate showroom appointments, communicating effectively with both customers and the team.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the customer pickup coordinator, including data entry and filing as needed.
- Point of Rental System: Learn and use our rental management system to process rental orders, bookings, and customer information (training provided).
- Outlook Management: Manage Outlook calendar and communications for scheduling purposes.
- Event Coordination Support: Assist with event logistics and day-of operations during peak event seasons.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (email, calendar management).
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly (training on Point of Rental system will be provided).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be available to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
