Bench Assembler

Are you an experienced Assembler with expertise in using small hand tools under a magnifier? Are you comfortable sitting for extended periods and working in a casual, friendly environment? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

Position Details:

• Location: Wilton, NH
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Pay Rate: Starting at $17/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and handle small glass pellets, placing them into molding trays according to production specifications.
• Ensure proper alignment and arrangement of pellets to meet quality standards.
• Inspect glass pellets for defects and report issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow safety protocols when handling glass materials.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Ability to sit for the entire shift.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Experience working with a magnifier for small, detailed tasks.
• A team player with the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
