- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email (using a ticketing system), and outbound calls / emails, ensuring all support needs are addressed in a timely manner.
- Accurately record all interactions in company systems to ensure proper follow-up and resolution of issues.
- Maintain and update electronic documentation, including client files, paperwork, and various reports.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth coordination of tasks, clear communication, and timely escalation of complex issues.
- Stay current with various software and systems, including Microsoft Office 365, Google Chrome and others.
- Provide exceptional customer service consistently in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
