Purchasing materials for Special Orders
Sheet metal, nuts / bolts, hoses, ducting)
Experience in construction industry HIGHLY preferred (HVAC, plumbing, etc...)
Vendor / contract pricing negotiation
Responsibilities
Position is fully onsite in Anaheim and schedule is Mon-Fri 730a-4pm
- Responsible for procurement of variety of materials ranging from ducting to sheet metal, fasteners, adhesives etc...
- Negotiate pricing with vendors
- Manage vendor list and vendor approval process
Quickbooks experience ideal
Position Requirements :
Experience with Quickbooks or related accounting or ERP software
Experience with Salesforce CRM is helpful
Strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
