Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire position in North County. This role is essential for maintaining seamless communication with customers and ensuring orders are processed efficiently. - Respond to and clarify customer inquiries by pulling orders from email inbox.
- Enter customer orders into the ERP system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the call center.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service processes.
- Manage a high volume of inbound telephone calls and emails with a professional demeanor.
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, with a potential start as early as 5/6 AM and occasional half-day on Saturdays.
