SUMMARY :
The Chief Program Officer - Housing, Foster Programs & Supportive Services serves as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. In collaboration with the C-Level team, this person will lead a program department as well as oversee the development, implementation and assessment of department programs to align with our mission, vision, and strategic plan.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Program Implementation and Oversight
- Oversee the Housing, Foster Programs & Supportive Services Department.
- Design and adapt integrated service delivery methods to meet contractual obligations and client needs.
- Analyze and assess programs based on productivity data and implement corrective measures, as required.
- Lead program expansion and design.
- Implement best practices across all programs.
- Facilitate programmatic collaboration among and across departments to achieve a more holistic, efficient, effective, and client-centered service delivery.
- Oversee department grants and contracts to ensure timely completion of agreed-upon deliverables and prompt communication with funders.
- Maintain appropriate paperwork / documentation.
- Oversee data collections, reporting requirements and program outcomes.
- Communicate and coordinate program needs with IT, People & Culture, Community Resources, Facilities and Finance.
