The Role
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to maintain and grow our existing client base while also supporting marketing efforts. This role is focused on building strong relationships, ensuring client retention, managing marketing supplies and events, and supporting marketing-related administrative tasks in the Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and Orange County regions.
Responsibilities :
- Manage existing client relationships by regularly visiting clients, checking in, and ensuring they continue to use services.
- Identify opportunities for additional services by educating clients on our offerings and seeking new business within their networks.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to strengthen long-term client partnerships and ensure seamless service.
- Manage marketing supplies and materials to ensure Account Executives and field teams have the necessary promotional resources.
- Coordinate and support industry events and networking opportunities, including trade shows, conferences, and company-sponsored functions.
- Handle marketing administrative duties, such as tracking promotional inventory, organizing event logistics, and managing vendor relationships.
- Maintain detailed client and marketing records by logging activities, client notes, and event participation into Zoho CRM.
