Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Subrogation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our client services department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions for training and tracking purposes.
- Coordinate with claim administrators to verify claim payments or obtain bill copies/EOBs.
- Obtaining necessary client documents from benefit consultants, claim administrators, or clients directly.

Requirements: 5 years in customer-facing roles with a focus on Account Management, Key Account Management, Client Services, or relevant experience (e.g., Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager).
